In the controller test in gaming mode, it is not recognized when I press it, but in desktop mode’s input menu, the button will always say it is pressed, even though it isn’t pressed down. I have it updated to the current version if that means anything. Would it be worth it to try a factory reset or is there another solution? I’m hoping to avoid opening it up if possible as I worry about damaging anything.
