I’m seeking advice on finding a simpler way to identify and reach out to potential leads.

Currently, we manually search on LinkedIn by active job postings (assuming they need someone with specific skills and can potentially be subcontractors), inputting the information into Excel. In the next step we utilize tools like Hunter IO and Apollo to obtain email addresses of the employees by the domain of the company. At the end, we run campaigns in Hunter IO, which sends emails at specific times.

As a small company without a CRM tool, we’re considering getting a license if it can enhance our processes. Do you have any recommendations for easy tools or tricks to streamline this lead generation process? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!
