So I am absolutely lost and can use some help. As title suggests I cannot get above 100 mbps on either Wifi or Ethernet on my computer. I have a gig internet and when I run the test on AT&T Website to check the speeds going to my router they read 950+ down 950+ up… when I run a speedtest I am definitely not seeing that at my computer.

I changed the Speed & Duplex in device manager to 1gbps Full Duplex and it completely made my ethernet not work (says ethernet cable not even attached).

I am using a brand new CAT-6 cable.

I know that my router is not the issue due to my cell phone getting speeds of 750+mbps with speedtest.

I have no idea what else I Can do, some additional info:
