I just got a refurbished fold 4 off of eBay and the phone looks and works great but when I go to try and set up a pin or a fingerprint it says the device is in retail mode and won’t let me set it up.

However, there’s no retail mode app and when I look in my device admin retail mode is also not showing up there like it normally would. Has anyone experienced this?
