What is the "Flow" app that keeps showing up in my Task Manager?

Comes right back up even after I repeatedly try to kill it. It started showing up about 1 month ago maybe. I have Windows 10 Pro on a Dell laptop.

What is it and how can I get rid of it? I tried Googling it and found something about Conexant Flow but looking at the app icon, I don’t think that’s it. In Task Manager it’s icon is the letter F inside a navy blue square. Thanks!
