Around a week ago, i started my pc and noticed that opera gx was uninstalled.

Chalked it up as a bug and went on with my day.

Fast forward to today. After booting up my pc the 2nd for today i noticed that yet ANOTHER program was missing.

And on top of that, also NOTEPAD? is missing. Obligatory sfc scans happend and a full virus scan.

Sfc found 2 small things (permission problems)

Thats it. SSD is relatively new, and reports no errors. (Samsung 970 plus 1tb nvme)

Im using windows since 95, and never came across a problem like this.

Im about to nuke the whole install, but before that i would like to see if i have other options, as i have a lot of custom settings and files i would need to back up somewhere.
