Of course a lot of blame goes around and Daboll is responsible for the coaches he hires, but majority of the issues stem back because of this putrid OL who doesn’t develop anyone
It’s crazy, even if our oline was just below average, we probably are probably winning two or three more games. We upgraded our talent every where else but our oline got worse.
Our QB1’s mental needed to also take a leap and our coaching staff didn’t take advantage of what he does well. I can’t wait to see if he learned anything while rehabbing and watching how Tyrod did little things to help the O-line.
I might put it more on the special teams coach. That blocked field goal in week 1 resulted in the AT injury, which put the o-line in a terrible spot to begin the season, and it just snowballed from there. Also think Gano was injured on that play as well
What if, hear me out, we just overachieved last year and they are prepared for us. We were supposed to be year 1 into a rebuild last season. Bobby Jo does have to leave this off-season tho.
