Hey so last Monday, I noticed Pixel 6 battery expanded a bunch to the point where the screen was no longer attached. I immediately looked online for a replacement and because this phone isn’t sold here, there was only one guy who sold replacement batteries so I immediately took my phone to their shop to get it fixed. I got it back on Wednesday and pretty much every day since then, when I unplug from the charger in the morning, I have to restart it like 5 times because the displayed battery is stuck at 100% and it’s the only wat to fix it. I honestly don’t want to bring it back because I’ve read horror stories online of this shop, it doesn’t have the best reputation, but it’s still under warranty for the fix. I want to exhaust my options first, since it seems like a software issue.

Troubleshooting I’ve tried: Turning off adaptive charging through the night, Using wired and wireless charging at different speeds, Drained the battery to 0% before recharging to 100 (once), Force reboot every morning, sometimes it works but it’s the same as a restart
