This could be an r/technicallythetruth post considering Durant averaged 29.9 points in the 2021-2022 NBA season.
It’s honestly kinda crazy how the Suns 3rd option is a guy who just 2 seasons ago averaged 30+ PPG on above league average efficiency. It’s also surprising that him and Durant both have the same amount of 30+ PPG seasons. Another fun fact is that 3 out of the 4 seasons came with Russell Westbrook as their Point Guard.
beal is a legit legendary baller, all the stars in the league the past decade and (unfortunately injuries) beal has always held his own as an elite and highly efficient scorer
he is also super athletic and decent defender
Bradley Beal doesn’t get nearly enough love.
They’re a superteam. No excuses for KD and Booker
Y’all will say this while simultaneously saying other teams are better.
Suns are a superteam…made up of guys who everyone said weren’t good enough to win on their own. Booker puts up empty stats, KD doesn’t drive the bus, Beal isn’t a leader, etc.
Everybody is hedging their bets so they can look smart if the Suns lose or put an asterisk if the Suns win
Beal going to be the main option the first 3 quarters.
I wouldn’t be shocked if he leads the suns in scoring this year. It’s kinda like the 2016-19 warriors all over again. Although the nba is stronger all around now
i think hes is going to run point guard which is awesome
Building on your fun fact: Kevin Durant, Paul George, and Bradley Beal all had their highest ppg season of their careers playing next to Russ. Harden and Lebron had their 2nd highest ppg seasons with Russ, for Lebron it was his highest since '06.
We’re Thunder fans so nobody is really gonna take us serious but it is funny how in this wild saga of Russ falling off, his passing and creation stats have still remained elite lol.
