Hey Rob, although I get the take on Osborne, I am not sold yet. I think any moves on Viking players is kind of an overreaction to the Cousins injury and not a proper assessment of the Vikings team as a whole. The Vikings are one of the premier passing teams in the league and I am not sure they move away from their high 11 personnel usage rate (which kicks Osborne to probably the usage of Addison upon JJ’s return). The only thing the team needs is competent QB play. We have only really seen 11 snaps from Jaren Hall (although the QB School on YT did an analysis on his 3rd pregame) and we which veteran the Vikings will chase (I think they will). I just think Osborne might still be in a better situation than Watson but that’s just my opinion.
If I had Osborne, I might hold if nothing good was on waivers since I think the Vikings can slip by with a Colt McCoy or a Case Keenum, veterans who knows the offense.
