I pulled up to an EA site with 5 chargers in use, 2 broken, and 1 that said available. There was an ID.4 waiting, but the one that was available in the app had a windows error on the screen. I used the app and the charger started with no issue. The ID.4 owner had to wait another 15 minutes or so for another charger to open up. Is this considered skipping the line? The ID.4 owner had the same opportunity to try the app that I did but they didn’t.
