  • Version is 3.7.01930
  • I had changed my Wi-Fi to mobile spot, and restarted device serveral times.
  • The device cannot update over 3.7.01930, it will show
    • “Error checking for update”
  • When I clicked storage > cloud connection > Check sync
    • “There are some issues with the lcoud connection. Please try again later”

Can anyone provide some feedback or comments for me? Thank you.
