Power steering pump dead or sucking air?

2006 Honda accord v6 6spd EXL

Started my car today and power steering pump sounds like shit. Squealing and such. Squeals more when turning the wheel.

I know it’s sucking air bc checking the reservoir, the fluid was foamy and bubbly.

Does this warrant a new pump or can I change the o-ring? I’m gonna get some putty to smash around where it might be sucking air just to see.

If I get a new pump, can I get a junkyard pump or should I buy a new one from somewhere? Thanks!
