    If we miss the playoffs he might be fired at the end of the season but if we have another losing season after this one then yeah hes gone. I’m ready for it too. He’s a Offensive assistant at best.

    I was thinking earlier he kind of reminds me of Flores to an extent with the Dolphins.

    Flores teams always seemed tough and competitive. There was a shock that he got fired, but the team is obviously way better for it.
