I was born in 2004 to former employees of the Redskins, so I dont have any memories of being a fan of a good NFL team.

Ill share my story as we were amazingly good from age 5-14. Talk about dream scenario as a little kid growing up cheering for his home town team, The Washington Redskins, and with that fight song? Heaven. We had so many characters and personality on the team. From party boy Riggo to Art Monk. As a little kid it was such a high to win on Sundays and terrible lows to lose. Especially against our rivals. It was blissful and happy. I’m in my forties now so it’s been awhile since those times but I’ll never forget them and the feeling has lasted me a lifetime. So I feel for you younger fans. It hurts to be this bad for so long. But with Snyder gone there’s some hope. And if Sam turns out to be the real deal. The wait might be shorter. Hang in there!
