Moving one of the few veterans on the team & one of our only leaders is troubling. Rodgers warned that the management doesn’t respect the players & don’t value what they contribute to the culture. Unless Douglas asked for a trade this was a awful move, why else would the players be going to ‘court’ after games - they look up to him & trust what he says. Rodgers told the story about the front Office not recognizing Kenny Clark & thinking he was one of the players that were going to get cut. That was Gute’s first year… Wonder how much of a pulse he even has on the team.
