So my mom has a Samsung A71 and she takes a lot of photos and screenshots for her gardening and cooking work. She was trying to reorganize her photos in her micro sdcard by just moving them into different folders. Its probably like thousands of photos that she was moving and reorganizing in her sd card. Once thats done she goes back to her gallery app and notices all her screenshots for the past 7 months are wiped out. Now the screenshots folder is in the phones internal memory, she was reoeganizing her sd card. How does this make sense??? if she lost data in the sd card that makes sense but this???

So far I have tried dozens of recovery apps, but I have had no luck with any of them. If anyone has faced this before or knows a way to recover those screenshots, it would be massively appreciated. Thanks
