I figured out what’s causing my complete lack of compression. Can I just replace the spring and move on with my life? Do I need to be inspecting other parts for potential issues that could have caused this?

The only other issue I’ve found was the fuel injector on this cylinder had a high resistance reading so i replaced it. Could the cause of the broken spring be high temps on that cylinder due to a lean condition from the faulty injector?
