Look who he’s grouped next to. This deal probably isn’t as bad as Claypool but it’s close. I pray we don’t give this guy a monster contract and compound the mistake.

    Whatever man…be happy to complain based on nothing.

    Claypool was a player Pittsburgh wanted to get rid of and the Bears had to believe they can turn him around. Sweat is a proven pass rusher who Washington wanted to keep.

    Of course, it could not work out but you’re stretching here finding this subjective numbers to prove your point.

    Just as any stat, PRWR isn’t an end all be all

    PFF, counting stats, the eye test, and I’m sure other advanced metrics have him as a very good DE

    We can talk semantics like overpaying (probably was should’ve only give a third considering the contract situation) but we got a damn good player. No doubt about that.

    Exactly. Look at who he is next to. You realize that teams can’t double team both of them every snap right? This will free up Yannick and/or Sweat. This should lead to multiple sacks a game here on out
