Our end of year ended in July, and since then I’ve asked my accountant to prepare our end of year accounts.

It’s particularly urgent because we have a limited runway and need to know how much the government will need in taxes.

I’ve relayed the urgency but I’m still waiting, almost 3 months later.

Is this normal? Should I fire him?
