The timing of this really isn’t bad. The Raiders have announced Antonio Pierce as the interim HC, who is a youngish black coach, all positives for the Raiders. They have a brutal schedule over the remainder of the season, but if they can come up with 4 wins my guess is that they may stick with Pierce.

And throw in that Pierce was a co-defensive coordinator with Marvin Lewis, so you know he learned from the best.

Is there ever a world where Lou gets the head coaching job and zac is moved to GM or something 😕
