I placed my order for my 2024 M340i Xdrive in August. I was originally told that it would likely be the last week of October or first week of November that I could take delivery at the dealership.

Today I was informed that my car only today got on a shipping vessel, and will be delivered to a coastal city literally 1000 miles away from where I live on NOV17.

So, given a few weeks for shipping after it gets to the United States, I will hopefully be able to take delivery of my car by New Year’s…

It is still a wonderful car, and a blessing that I can afford it, but I am rather disappointed in the shipping delays, and overall frustration in the process.
