These 2-sided marketplaces are hard!

I’ve been focusing on the supply side which doesn’t seem to be working. There are a few VC backed competitors with better tech.

I’ve been doing a lot of content marketing to try to get demand side.

It isn’t working…

I’m wondering when people call it quits with a marketplace?
