Ok, team. I want to just get a CAT cable from my garage onto the other side of this wall. Advice?

Im in a home built in 2000 and I have no experience in electrical work so I am a little spooked. I don’t want to hit any pipes or wires…. Do I need to put the hole 7 inches up or something?
