Don’t listen to hot take, ESPN talking heads, and their East Coast bias.

It’s the same story every year, a tale as old as time.

The bias exists in every major sport.

It’s so crazy how people never actually watch games.

I went to the Bengals sub to hear what they thought about the game and majority of them were impressed with Purdy’s out of structure ability and said they didn’t know he was that mobile.

I was watching NFL live and they were analysing how Cincinatti played perfect coverage on CMC but they always ended the clips just as Purdy was starting to leave the pocket to gain yards on the ground and convert 1st downs.

Then there’s Nick Wright…he has QB tiers where he put Goff and Trevor tiers above Brock when he has better stats than both of them. He justified it saying Purdy has been losing games lately when earlier in the year he refused to move Purdy up every week despite winning games with good stats.

People out there are desperate to be right about Purdy despite the weekly proof that they are wrong.

I am close to tuning out national media coverage of the 49ers and watch the games only.
