Just needed a place to rant but their customer service is absolute dog water. Signed up for newsletter to get 10% off but never got it. Tried contacting them with their email but their inbox was full and they couldn’t receive my email. Resent the email a week later and they finally received my email. Their reply was that they weren’t going to give me another code for some odd reaaon. They also make us pay for shipping but the shipping also takes forever. Sucks because I like their designs. At the very least I’m never buying straight from their website again. Maybe I’m over reacting but money is money
