I did search older discussions, but my understanding is that you still have to open and close the macbook to turn it on/off, and then you have to change settings to it doesnt shut down.

Doesn’t it support officially this fucntions? I am thinking about getting the new M3 MBP that I will use 99% at home with external monitor, but I don’t like that I have to always open/close and change settings :/
