Well it hasent been dont ever, in any country, even in the most patrolled boarder in the world, people still make it from North Korea to South and vice versa. So the common solution, has been find and deport. But if you have a better idea, or solution that no one else in the world has been able to make work, go ahead and share with the class. I would also like to point out that they are not allowing said boarder patrol to do that job you want them doing.
