Need help getting my IMX Coins out of GME Wallet to my Loopring or Kraken Wallet

Hi there,

My Gamestop-Wallet shows a balance of 996 IMX with a USD-equivalent of 0.00 USD (wtf?!). I want to send them to my Loopring or Kraken-wallet but this is not working. What can I do?
