Once again, people are pretending this game is legible on the Steam Deck. If you have older eyes or have trouble reading small text, skip this if you intend on playing this on the Deck.

The mini map, for example, is nothing but a blur because it’s too small to be rendered at 1200x800. Heck, even sitting on the couch at a fair distance from a 55" TV, text in the game can be hard to read sometimes. This game was designed for people who play at their desks.

Absolutely, with the right settings you can play at 40 fps

I run it on Medium settings @ 800p when playing handheld and easily average 40fps most of the time. I also play it docked on my monitor or TV very frequently and bump the resolution up to 900p and it keeps a pretty steady 30fps in Medium settings as well. VERY playable and VERY enjoyable experience!!

ETA - The experience in Dogtown is a bit rough at times compared to the rest of the game regardless of your machine of choice. So just keep that in mind and temper your expectations accordingly lol.
