The Las Vegas Raiders have fired coach Josh McDaniels and general manager Dave Ziegler. The Raiders under McDaniels went 6-11 in 2022 and are 3-5 so far this season for a .360 winning percentage.

Hire McDaniels as a “senior offensive assistant” for the rest of the year like they did with Brian Flores last year, and make him OC next year.
