Waga just demonstrated this in his latest pugna game. If you give dazzle your Midas, the bad juju cdr works on it. My maths isn’t great but I believe this is still an effective 33, 45, and 50% cdr at levels 1, 2 and 3 if Juju is casted off cooldown, even with the 50% backpack penalty. Very niche, but might open up some meme build potential, possibly ogre dazzle etc.

With midas having 2 charges as well, it means your carry won’t have to follow you around to keep picking up midas. They can double midas, hand to dazzle, and every 100 seconds hand it back and repeat.
