Me, him and 2 others are in a PlayStation party talking, all of us are in this league. One of the guys is my opponent. My opponent isn’t the biggest fantasy football guy. He does it, but it’s his first year in our group and these guys definitely take it more seriously than some other leagues he does. He’s also in last place right now. But I don’t think his team is bad, he just got unlucky with a few guys.

So I have Philly D (vs Dallas) and was thinking about picking up a defense to use instead but I wasn’t sure I wanted to drop strong jr yet so I didn’t. My opponent has SF D on bye and hadn’t picked up a replacement yet. In the party commish is telling him you gotta get a defense go look on your phone right now and grab something. Opponent says ok and looks for a second. I’m thinking shit I missed out on Vegas earlier cause I was undecided might miss out on this too. Opponent then says “nah I’m too high I don’t wanna do this now”. So I said ok, grabbed my phone, and picked up NE D. Commish then starts yelling at me saying it was a scumbag move and he wants to do undo it. I told him opponent had the chance, but when he declined because he was high I decided ok well I guess I can now. I said once he said that there was no difference between me picking them up then while we were in the party, or 10 minutes later when we logged off. Plus I’m high too!

There are also still a bunch of good streamer defenses available like ATL or MIN.

Was I an asshole here? Should it be undone?
