Carl Banks has resigned from his role on WFAN’s midday show with Brandon Tierney and Sal Licata after a Kayvon Thibodeaux segment got contentious last week.
Bro he’s so obsessed with the grading thing. If you’re grading KT on 17 games, yeah I’d give him a C+ish. But you’re taking into account the games he missed and the games he wasn’t 100% in. But he went out there and played hurt cause we needed him. Just on second half of the season, where he actually and was healthy; easy B - B+ which is great. It doesn’t matter where he goes in the draft, he’s a rookie and the game is soooo different from college. everyone is so much bigger and and faster and stronger. It’s a huge adjustment. And he got better every week which is what you want from a rookie. Now he’s healthy with a full season and off-season under his belt and he’s looking like an absolute stud who hasn’t hit his ceiling yet.
I love being over-reactionary as a fan, it’s half the fun to speak in hyperbole and exaggerate shit, but be smart and be realistic.
