I dont care about raging, quiting, running it down mid, or anything else. I want to queue with people that I can talk to. As a US East queuer all i get is people that say things in a different language. Its not good for reports because I dont know what theyre on about, but as someone above 10000 what is this system for

    Yeah becaue you definitely can talk to ragers and quitters but problem is when someone doesnt speaks english lol.

    As a EU West player I should 100% be able to straight up ban Russia. I dont care if they make it so when your steam profile says you are Russian it bans you or if your nickname is in azbuka but I want to ban every Russian. It would literally cut the amount of smurfs and cheater in half and every non communicative toxic teammate would be gone.
