somehow my pc won’t download anything faster than 4 Mbps. I’m connected through a powerline adapter (yeah i know it’s not ideal) but when i do a speedtest i get around 40 Mbps. Then when i want to download something it will only do like 4 Mbps. If i put the cable in my laptop though it will just download at 40Mbps. what could be the problem here. it’s getting really annoying having to wait for hours to install a game. please help!
