I have a 26mp xt30. In Lightroom my pictures show as 26mp. When I download with 100% quality selected, they download anywhere between 12-21mp. It’s really annoying, why is this happening? If I download a jpeg straight off the camera it is 26mp.

As I stated in my post, I am downloading/exporting from Lightroom. Happens on my phone and computer
