    The funny thing is, as far as I read it, people shouldn’t be allowed fire arms unless they are a part of a militia which those got depreciated by having a centralized army.

      Yeah. The whole point of the constitution was to change it over time to suit the needs of the people. And a policy/interpretation of “no gun restrictions are allowed ever until the end of time” is such a horrendous one.

      It’s long past time it’s seen a revision.

        I’m not opposed to it. I don’t think it has any value given the superiority of the military but hey constitution allows it. Mind you there are some caveats like said militia being used to break laws or conduct insurrection
