That said, there are a few apps that require a feature called SafetyNet to ensure the system hasn’t been modified. Apps with this feature will not work and are generally limited to banking/financial type apps.
That’s useful information. None of these apps that I use are financial in any way. If anything they’re more like GPS apps that route me to where I need to go, etc. I’ll look more into it before I make the leap. Thank you for answering.
Just my two cents I ran lineageos on my oneplus 6 for the last 3 months before getting a new phone, also running micro GApps and I was able to use my banking app and things like android auto just fine.

They require to pass PlayIntegrity not safetynet. Safetynet is an old thing.
