I’m a new samsung user as of a month ago. I recently purchased an S22 (old phone, I know), within the week, I charged it with my friend’s powerbank, and from then i wasn’t able to charge properly, takes 18 hours to charge from 30%-100%. I later found out that my friend’s powerbank is ruined completely as well.
I took it back to samsung service and asked for a replacement, all is well. Initially they told me there were charging port issues, and later told me the whole motherboard is damaged. I’m currently wondering what the heck actually happened and if this is common for samsung phones? I don’t know enough about the problem to prevent it from happening again, or if it was my improper usage. I’ve bought from xiaomi to iphones and this is something that has literally never happened.
