My Apple Watch S8 couldn’t read my ECG correctly. I went to an Apple Store where I was seen in 10 minutes, referred to a phone call from apple support and got a phone call 20 minutes later. I spent about 40 minutes with a very helpful advisor from Apple team in the USA who helped me run diagnostics and find a solution.
With AppleCare+ I get a brand new one sent to me (temporarily pay for the price of the watch, will refund when they receive my old one) which is received at 8.30 the next day! It took less than 24 hours to receive a brand new one due to a technical fault and I won’t have to pay a penny as long as I return the old one.
I will get a phone call in a week from the same advisor to check it’s working well. I’ve never had such effective customer service. I’m so glad I paid for this coverage.
