I got the option to use the holy war warmongering decrease option, but I don’t think the Civ ever converted my city before lol.

If anything, I converted his, and didn’t make a promise when he wanted me to, to stop converting his people.

Does being asked to stop spreading religion (and refusing to agree?) also qualify for the Holy War thing, and the game just doesn’t mention that option? If so, is it just being asked to stop, or do you also have to refuse to stop?

Just a bit confused. First game on Civ 6.
