First off - I have a lot of respect for people who speak multiple languages. My husband is first generation polish and that is so hard to learn!

People have said that Danielle’s Spanish isn’t that great. Those who are fluent Spanish speakers, how are Ashley’s skills?

Ashley’s much better at getting her point across.

Ashley knows more words but uses them as a toddler that was not explained grammar (no shade). I feel this is what happens when you download duolingo and progress to level 15 and asume you got it, without ever practicing with live speakers.

But Kudos for her on trying, she does not sound as conceited as our little bankrupted warren buffet

Incomparably better. Ashley seems like a fluent Spanish speaker and Daniele sounds like she’s speaking Spanglish and like cobbling together various words to convey her point.

Ashley is better but O/T, does she look Elphaba green on anyone’s TV like she does on mine? Just in the face, is she doing this with make up on purpose as a ‘witch’ reference?

Spanish from the DR tends to be ghetto Spanish and Danielle prob learned Spanish from New York Ricans and Nueva Yol Dominicans. They barely speak English well and their Spanish is terrible.
