What are PSG's owners planning with Braga stake?

PSG's Qatari owners have not yet achieved their goal of dominating European football, so could their stake in Braga be a second shot at glory?

They don’t enforce it, look at Union and Brighton, they have the same owner but are allowed to play in the Europa League, or Leipzig and Salzburg
