    I think more people prefer a date function. But no date watches offer better dial symmetry and are easier to set if they stop - not having to set the date and the time, just the time.

    I like having the date, but I don’t like most date windows. My Oris pointer date and CW Sealander (dial matched date at 6:00) does it better than most.

      Yeah I think Christopher Ward does it well, might have to buy one lol. Got my eye on either The Twelve or a Sealander too.

          I’m seeing there’s a GMT option for the sealanders too? Might have to go for that one.

    for me the problem not in the date but in the font - obviously it’s not the perfect in so many cases, and by the way when I saw how date watches look without the dial I started to dislike it more - so much weight and space

    I like having a date that is a feature. I don’t like a date at 4:28 pm.

    Probably if they have a lot of watches when you have to set up the date every time because the watch has stopped while sitting in the box.
