Honestly didn’t think I’d ever try, let alone win.
Tried Immortal for the first time. With a civ I’ve never played with. Ended with a culture victory on turn 237 with Kongo! Amazing to win thanks in large part to religious tourism, with a civ unable to obtain a religion. I love that that is clearly the best angle for victory. Shocked myself.
I was one of those players until Civ 6 that just played to make cool empires. I literally never tried to win, didn’t really know how other than wiping everyone else out. Definitely worth the 500 hours of work. 😂
