There’s a problem when Dorsey is addicted to running quick read concepts with no wrinkles and Josh is who he is. Those concepts should be setting up big plays with new route variants. Shit if you frame it right, you can get Josh hyped about using those “boring football” plays to set up the fun ones.

I agree with you wholeheartedly. Dorsey should be running counters to the quick passing game.
How about making adjustments to those quick read throws by setting up defenses with double move routes like hitch and goes, slant and goes, hook and goes(with Allen pump faking the short route)? How about also including fake screen passes, where the WR or TE fakes a block and goes on a go route(with Allen pump faking the short route)? Dorsey should be trying to set up defenses for to the quick passing game.
