So I had a site like youtube with traffic like 50 - 100 people online, the videos weren’t loading, i upgraded the sever with an ssd but still no change, then i test my internet speed, download is fine, but the upload speed is like really low like 0.12mb/s (normal is 25mb/s), So my question is, i want to buy a full on server, but will it still perform the same? is there a router issue, what equipment do i need to buy to have more Bandwidth, and i asked my ISP if there is limit or something, there is not, whats the issue here? should i change my ISP?
