Here is some of my idea to rework this hero. This hero is lack of everything : MS, damage , mana , mana regen, skill is not that good
Ultimate have track. When u spit ultimate to target the target hero get track.
Or lower cd of skill 2 and give break to ultimate
Aghs give 3 stack of skill 1 when he jumb
Talents :
- +25 MS at lv 15/20
-Reduce cd skill 2 at lv 15 talent

I love viper and play him as much as i can which isnt often. Shard should be some sort of escape
