Anyone else can't hear the difference between 128 kbps and 320 kbps mp3s, but can hear the difference between 32 khz and 44.1 khz sample rates?

The difference between 32 khz and 44.1 khz is audible to me, but beyond 128 kbps songs sound the same. Anyone else?
